Accredited DTF Gateway Reviewer - AUS & NZ
Katherine is an accredited Gateway Review Team member and utilises her deep understanding of government, projects, planning and environment from the different lenses of public and private sectors.
Katherine has participated in a number of Gateway Reviews or Program Assurance Reviews relating to high value, high risk projects with a particular focus on readiness for market (Gate 3) and tender decision (Gate 4).
Katherine has been asked to participate in Gateway Review teams not only for significant transport projects, but also for significant social infrastructure projects involving hospitals, prisons, ICT and sporting precincts.
